Adeline’s first started as a Filipino store run by Victor Ricolcol in October 1999. After the 9/11 tragedy, Adeline’s moved to its present location in 4016 Main St. Skokie, Illinois in 2004 and started to cook Filipino food.
The authentic Filipino food served in Adeline’s has won the hearts of the many Filipinos who are longing to taste again the food they have used to eat back in the Philippines and the Americans who have always been curious and charmed with the food that originated from the Philippines.
